Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident registering for a Digital Rebel Grannie workshop.

Full refund

You may request a full refund up to 7 days before the workshop start date. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Partial credit

Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the workshop may be eligible for a credit toward a future Digital Rebel Grannie workshop.

No refund

No refunds or credits are available for no-shows or cancellations made less than 24 hours before the workshop start time.

Workshop cancellation

If Digital Rebel Grannie cancels a workshop for any reason, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date.

How to request a refund

Email grannierebel@gmail.com with your registration email and workshop name. Refund requests are typically processed within 3 business days.
